Ticketing and Refunds
NO REFUNDS – NO EXCHANGES: Ticket holder is granted event access only to the location, date, and time stated on the ticket. Children three and under are not required to have a ticket. If the event is cancelled for the date and time on the ticket, a gift card will be issued to the ticket holder in the amount of the sale.
Assumption of Risk and Conduct
The ticket holder voluntarily assumes all risks and dangers incidental to the event for which this ticket is issued and waives all claims against BIG ROCK CREEK PRESERVE, LLC, BIG ROCK CREEK, LLC, MIRACLE AT BIG ROCK, and the members, shareholders, agents, or assigns of the owner of the facility, whether or not such claims arise from the negligence of any of the said parties.
Admission is subject to compliance with all laws and facility rules. Failure to comply may result in refusal of admission or expulsion. Ticket holder consents to reasonable examinations and searches to ensure compliance with laws and facility rules, and acknowledges that illegal substances are not permitted on the premises.
AN INHERENT RISK OF EXPOSURE TO COVID-19 EXISTS IN ANY PUBLIC PLACE WHERE PEOPLE ARE PRESENT. COVID-19 IS AN EXTREMELY CONTAGIOUS DISEASE THAT CAN LEAD TO SEVERE ILLNESS AND DEATH ACCORDING TO THE CENTERS FOR DISEASE CONTROL AND PREVENTION. BY ENTERING THE EVENT SITE, HOLDER VOLUNTARILY ASSUMES ALL RISKS RELATED TO EXPOSURE TO COVID-19.

Big Rock Creek Preserve, LLC and Big Rock Creek, LLC (collectively “BRC”) are committed to protecting your privacy and developing technology that gives you a powerful and safe online experience. This Privacy Policy applies to the event known as “MIRACLE AT BIG ROCK CREEK,” sometimes referred to as “MIRACLE AT BIG ROCK,” promoted through the websites associated with BRC, and governs data collection and usage. By using the site, you consent to the data practices described in this statement.
